| Enzo Garofalo is the owner of the Italian restaurant MAMMA LEONE, this establishment opened its doors in June of 1987 at Lepanto street. This cosmopolitan Milanese has lived in different places like, for example, the United States, England, France and Sweden. Enzo decided to settle down definitively in Benidorm because he liked the place and its people; to do so he sold three restaurants that he had in Stockholm. "I animated myself into the business because I observed that the Italian restaurants did not offer authentic Italian food". As Enzo Garofalo explained: "I have been 40 years doing what I know, that is to cook Italian food. My secret is to have fantasy at the time of decorating the plate and making it with much love. The important thing is to make the things with desire "and he added" I have had great Italian professors who have taught me all the secrets". |
